Frequently Asked Questions - Shipping

We can ship to any country.

We can ship to any country but please check your country’s import regulations and be sure you fully understand the requirements of bringing a vehicle into your country.

All vehicles will be visually inspected for rust and body damage. We pressure wash all vehicles unless you request us not to. Vehicles requiring JAAI certification (New Zealand, Kenya, Tanzania, Mouritius, Sli Lanka) will be processed.

Please see your government’s website. For most countries you will require the Bill of landing, Invoice, and Cancellation of Registration to import and insure your vehicle. Pacific Coast will supply other documents found here.

We can ship by Ro/Ro or by 40ft container. Some countries do not offer both shipping methods so please check here or contact us if you have further questions.

Ro/Ro means roll on roll off. This is the most common and least expensive form of vehicle transport for new and used cars. Vehicles are physically driven on and off boats that have capacities of up to 6500 vehicles. Please see the shipping line websites for more info.

Different countries offer different shipping terms but for most vehicles it will take about 4 – 6 weeks from purchase to vehicle arrival in your country. Shipping schedules are subject to change without notice.

Shipping schedules are usually posted on the shipping company’s website. See our links to shipping company websites here. If the dates are not posted here please contact us and we will provide you with up to date information.

Shipping insurance may be offered. Please inquire if interested.
